Sodura furtniture collection for kids. After years of working as an importer of furniture made overseas, a determined mother in Kentucky was certain that she could do a better job of designing furnishings for real families. She longed to see well-made children's bedroom furniture and nursery furniture that was built like furniture for grownups, using fine quality hardwoods to create eye-catching, modern styles. In 2011, she founded Sodura with the help of her family, and their company is rapidly growing to become a leader in contemporary furniture for children and babies.

Every bed, crib, changing table, dresser, child's table and bookcase in the Sodura collection is manufactured in the United States. Although some of the assembly work is done by hand, Sodura prefers to use computer-controlled manufacturing processes, which help to ensure that every piece is expertly crafted and free of defects. A family-owned company, Sodura uses great care when producing every piece of furniture, and all of the items in the collection meet or exceed safety standards for baby and children's furniture.
